OUR MISSION
WE'RE CHANGING THE WAY WE ACCESS THE PRESENT MOMENT
When we breathe with intention and purpose we harness this superpower that helps us stay calm, centered, and happy, no matter what life throws our way.
When we live in the present moment, we fully experience and appreciate life without getting caught up in the worries of the future or regrets of the past.
It is up to us to wake up and experience the present moment- as life is happening to and through us right now. There is no better way to reach this state than through the breath.
Breathe. We do it roughly 25,000 times a day, but until recently few of us gave much thought to this automatic bodily function.
Breathing is the only system in the body that is both under our control and automatic. This is an invitation to take part in our own nature and evolution.
During breathwork, we consciously manipulate the breath in certain ways so that it serves us. This is the gateway to optimum health, peak performance, and ultimate potential.

The approach emphasizes the connection between the breath, emotions, and spirituality, with the goal of helping individuals release emotional blockages, gain clarity, and access deeper states of consciousness. We use a range of techniques, including conscious connected breathing, breathholds, sound, movement, and visualization, to guide participants through the experience.

Why is breathwork helpful?Breathwork is a practice that involves using intentional breathing techniques to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. There are many reasons why breathwork can be helpful, but two significant benefits are the regulation of the nervous system and increased emotional flexibility. When we engage in breathwork, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the "rest and digest" response in the body. This helps to counteract the effects of stress and anxiety, which can be particularly beneficial for individuals who experience chronic stress or have anxiety disorders. Additionally, breathwork can also help to improve heart rate variability, a measure of the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, which is linked to better health outcomes. In terms of emotional flexibility, breathwork can help individuals to regulate their emotions and respond more flexibly to challenging situations. This is because the intentional regulation of breathing patterns can influence the activity of the amygdala, a brain region involved in the processing of emotions. By learning to regulate our breathing, we can learn to regulate our emotions, leading to increased emotional flexibility and resilience.
-
Can breathwork help reduce anxiety, fear, and other difficult emotions?Yes, breathwork can reduce anxiety, fear, and other difficult emotions. Becoming comfortable with the discomfort of the technique is an important aspect of the process. With regular practice, individuals can develop resilience and tolerance for discomfort, which can lead to increased emotional flexibility and regulation. Breathwork can help confront and work through difficult emotions, promoting emotional well-being over time.
